What is Reports Exporter for Xero?

Reports Exporter for Xero is a Google Sheets™ add-on published by Cody Labs. It connects to your Xero organisation through the standard OAuth flow, and lets you save exports for Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Bank Summary, and Executive Summary reports. Choose the report type and a date range, including relative ranges like this month or last quarter, which are resolved against your organisation's financial year every time the report runs. It is a companion to Bulk Importer for Xero: that add-on validates and pushes invoices, bills, and contacts into Xero, while this one reads reports back out. How it works

Three steps, all inside the sheet you are already working in. Your Xero connection never leaves your Google account.

Connect your Xero organisation

Open the sidebar from Extensions › Reports Exporter for Xero and sign in with Xero. The add-on stores your connection only in your Google account, never in the spreadsheet.
Save a report

Pick a report type and a date range, including relative ranges that are recalculated every time the report runs.
Refresh manually or on a schedule

Run a report now, or set it to refresh hourly, daily, or weekly. If your connection needs reauthorizing, the sidebar tells you clearly.

What you need before you start

A Xero organisation, and a user account with access to the reports you want to export.
A Google account, and edit access to the spreadsheet you want to report into.
Nothing else, there is no server to set up, and Xero data never leaves your sheet.
