By installing or using Reports Exporter for Xero (the "add-on"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the add-on.
The add-on connects to Xero through OAuth, and exports Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Bank Summary, and Executive Summary reports into saved, schedulable reports in Google Sheets. It runs within Google's Apps Script platform and never writes back to your Xero organisation.
A free plan allows one saved report with manual refresh. The Pro plan (US$10/month or US$100/year) unlocks unlimited saved reports and scheduled refresh. Paid subscriptions are sold and billed through Gumroad; their terms and refund policy apply to payment. You unlock Pro features by entering the license key issued at purchase.
You are responsible for authorizing the add-on's connection to your Xero organisation and for the accuracy of the reports you rely on. You are responsible for using the add-on within Xero's API terms and rate limits.
Do not use the add-on to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service beyond what applicable law permits. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with Xero's terms and your organization's policies.
The add-on is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that exported data will be complete or accurate in every case. It depends on third-party services (Xero, Google, Gumroad) that we do not control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cody Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss, arising from use of the add-on, including any decision made in reliance on exported report data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using and uninstall the add-on at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the add-on, or a plan, with reasonable notice where practicable.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
