Terms of Service

QuickBooks Bulk Importer, published by Cody Labs. Effective 21 July 2026.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using QuickBooks Bulk Importer (the "add-on"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the add-on.

2. What the add-on does

The add-on imports and updates QuickBooks invoice, bill, and customer data from Google Sheets, using QuickBooks OAuth credentials you authorize. It runs within Google's Apps Script platform.

3. Plans and billing

A free plan allows 20 pushed rows per user per month with full validation. The Pro plan ($19/month, billed in USD, or $159/year) unlocks unlimited pushed rows for one QuickBooks company. Paid subscriptions are sold and billed through Gumroad; their terms and refund policy apply to payment. You unlock Pro features by entering the license key issued at purchase.

4. Your QuickBooks account

You are responsible for your QuickBooks OAuth authorization and for using the add-on within QuickBooks' API terms and rate limits. You must have the right to create, update, and export the financial data you import.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the add-on to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service beyond what applicable law permits. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with QuickBooks' terms and your organization's financial policies.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The add-on is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that imported data will be complete or accurate in every case. It depends on third-party services (QuickBooks, Google, Gumroad) that we do not control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cody Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss, arising from use of the add-on. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using and uninstall the add-on at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the add-on, or a plan, with reasonable notice where practicable.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
