By installing or using Stripe Exporter (the "add-on"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the add-on.
The add-on connects to Stripe with a restricted, read-only API key you provide, and exports charges, payouts, balance transactions, invoices, customers, and subscriptions into saved reports in Google Sheets, including a payout reconciliation report. It runs within Google's Apps Script platform and never writes to your Stripe account.
A free plan allows one saved report with manual refresh. The Pro plan ($19/month, billed in USD, or $159/year) unlocks unlimited saved reports and scheduled refresh. Paid subscriptions are sold and billed through Gumroad; their terms and refund policy apply to payment. You unlock Pro features by entering the license key issued at purchase.
You are responsible for the Stripe API key you create and for restricting it to read-only access. You are responsible for using the add-on within Stripe's API terms and rate limits, and for the accuracy of any reconciliation you rely on.
Do not use the add-on to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service beyond what applicable law permits. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with Stripe's terms and your organization's financial policies.
The add-on is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that exported or reconciled data will be complete or accurate in every case. It depends on third-party services (Stripe, Google, Gumroad) that we do not control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cody Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss, arising from use of the add-on — including any financial decision made in reliance on a reconciliation report. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using and uninstall the add-on at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the add-on, or a plan, with reasonable notice where practicable.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
