It connects with a restricted read-only Stripe API key you create, and lets you save reports over charges, payouts, balance transactions, invoices, customers, and subscriptions — each a resource, a date range, a status filter, and the columns you want. Its flagship report is payout reconciliation: for each payout, it lists the real balance transactions behind it with gross, fee, and net figures, sums them, and confirms the total ties to the payout amount, flagging anything that doesn't. Open the sidebar from Extensions › Stripe Exporter and paste a restricted, read-only Stripe API key. The add-on validates it against your account balance and stores it only in your Google account — never in the spreadsheet.
Pick a resource — charges, payouts, balance transactions, invoices, customers, or subscriptions — a date range, a status filter, and the columns you want. For payouts, choose one payout or "all payouts in range" for the reconciliation report.
Run a report now, or set it to refresh hourly, daily, or weekly. Large exports page through Stripe's cursor automatically and resume where they left off if a run doesn't finish in one execution.
