By using Private AI PR Reviewer (the “Action”), you agree to these terms and to the license included in its source repository. If you do not agree, do not use the Action.
The source may be inspected and modified under the repository license. The Action is source-available, not distributed under an OSI-approved open-source license. The repository license controls where it differs from this page.
You provide and control the GitHub account, workflow runner, and Anthropic or OpenAI account used by the Action. You are responsible for provider usage charges, GitHub Actions charges, credentials, permissions, rate limits, and compliance with those services' terms.
AI-generated reviews can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. They are an aid to human review, not a guarantee of correctness, security, legal compliance, or fitness for deployment. You remain responsible for testing, review, approval, and release decisions.
Do not use the Action to access code without authorization, violate law or third-party rights, expose credentials, attack services, or bypass provider safeguards. Do not use Cody Labs names or marks in a way that suggests endorsement.
The Action may change, stop supporting a model or platform behavior, or be discontinued. Third-party API and platform changes may affect availability.
The Action is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cody Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from its use. Because the Action is free, Cody Labs' aggregate liability relating to the Action is limited to US$10.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
