There is no OAuth app to register. Paste a personal API token from your own Pipedrive account into the sidebar and click Test & save — it confirms the token works before storing it.
Point the add-on at a saved filter or search and click Export. Large result sets are resumable, so big exports finish rather than timing out. Schedule it hourly, daily, or weekly to keep a reporting sheet current.
Change values, or add new rows. Before anything is written back, rows are validated against your real pipelines, stages, owners, and custom fields, so a bad stage name is caught in the sheet.
Click Import / update. Record IDs are written back to the sheet, so re-running an import updates the same records instead of creating duplicates.
