Excel Upsert Importer for monday.com, published by Cody Labs. Effective 20 July 2026.
By installing or using Excel Upsert Importer (the “app”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app imports rows from an Excel file into a monday.com board, matching on a key column to update existing items and create new ones. It runs inside monday.com as an embedded marketplace app.
A free plan is available with per-import row limits. Paid plans, at the pricing shown on the monday.com marketplace listing at the time you subscribe, are sold and billed natively by monday.com; monday.com’s payment terms and refund policy apply.
Imports modify your board data — review your file and mapping before importing, and use monday.com’s activity log or backups where appropriate. You are responsible for having the right to import the data you upload and for staying within monday.com’s API terms.
Do not use the app to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service beyond what applicable law permits.
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that imported data will be complete or accurate in every case. It depends on third-party services (monday.com, Microsoft file formats) that we do not control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cody Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss, arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the app, or a plan, with reasonable notice where practicable.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
