What is monday.com Exporter?

monday.com Exporter is a Google Sheets™ add-on published by Cody Labs. It connects with a monday personal API token you create, and lets you save exports for any board, including subitems, which monday's own Excel export flattens or drops entirely. Choose the board, the columns you want, and whether to include subitems, then refresh manually or on a schedule. How it works

Three steps, all inside the sheet you are already working in. Your API token never leaves your Google account.

Connect a personal API token

Open the sidebar from Extensions › monday.com Exporter and paste a personal API token from your monday account. The add-on validates it and stores it only in your Google account, never in the spreadsheet.
Save an export

Pick a board, the columns you want, and whether to include subitems as their own rows under each parent item.
Refresh manually or on a schedule

Run an export now, or set it to refresh hourly, daily, or weekly. Large boards page through monday's API automatically and resume where they left off if a run doesn't finish in one execution.

What you need before you start

A monday.com account, and a personal API token with read access to the boards you want to export.
A Google account, and edit access to the spreadsheet you want to report into.
Nothing else, there is no server to set up, and board data never leaves your sheet.
