By installing or using monday Scheduled Excel Export (the "app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app is a monday.com Automation block that runs on monday's server-side runtime (monday code). When triggered by monday's schedule trigger, it exports a board to a styled Excel workbook and delivers it via email (SendGrid) or as an attachment to a monday item update. It processes your board data inside monday's own infrastructure and can read only the data your monday permissions allow.
A free plan allows manual test runs on one board, capped at 100 rows. The Standard plan ($19/month, billed in USD) unlocks unlimited scheduled runs on any board or group, with both delivery methods. Billing is handled by monday.com via its native Marketplace billing. You can modify or cancel your plan at any time from your monday Marketplace account.
You are responsible for your monday account and its API permissions. The app accesses only the board and update endpoints you grant via the boards:read and updates:write scopes. You must have the right to export and share the board data you use.
Do not use the app to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service beyond what applicable law permits. Do not export board data you lack the right to access or share.
If you choose email delivery, the workbook is sent via SendGrid and subject to SendGrid's terms. You are responsible for ensuring the email address is correct and that you have the right to send workbooks to it. The app does not store workbooks — SendGrid retains its own message log per its policy.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that exports will be complete or accurate in every case. It depends on third-party services (monday.com, SendGrid) that we do not control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cody Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss, arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
You may uninstall the app from your monday workspace at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the app, or a plan, with reasonable notice where practicable.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
