← Worklog Export for Jira

Worklog Export for Jira, published by Cody Labs. Effective 26 July 2026.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Worklog Export for Jira (the "app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What the app does

The app exports Jira worklogs for a date range, users, and projects you select to a two-sheet Excel workbook: a pivoted summary and a per-worklog detail sheet. It runs on the Atlassian Forge platform, entirely within Atlassian's cloud, acting as the signed-in user with that user's permissions. The app is read-only — it does not create, edit, or delete worklogs or issues.

3. Plans and billing

The app is sold through the Atlassian Marketplace as native billing, priced per user per month with a free trial. Billing, invoicing, refunds, and cancellation are handled by Atlassian under Atlassian Marketplace terms.

4. Your Jira site and your data

The app acts with your Jira account's permissions and can never exceed them. It reads worklog and issue data but never writes to your Jira site. You must have the right to access the worklogs and issues you export.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to violate any law, infringe others' rights, exceed Atlassian's API terms, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service beyond what applicable law permits.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that exported totals will be complete or accurate in every case. It depends on the Atlassian platform and APIs, which we do not control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cody Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the app with reasonable notice where practicable.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
