Terms of Service

Sheet Sync for Jira, published by Cody Labs. Effective 20 July 2026.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Sheet Sync for Jira (the “add-on”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the add-on.

2. What the add-on does

The add-on imports Jira Cloud issue data into Google Sheets, on demand or on a schedule, using Jira API credentials you provide. It runs within Google’s Apps Script platform.

3. Plans and billing

A free plan is available. Paid plans, at the pricing shown on the purchase page at the time you subscribe, are sold and billed through Gumroad; their terms and refund policy apply to payment. You unlock paid features by entering the license key issued at purchase.

4. Your Jira account

You are responsible for your Jira credentials and for using the add-on within Atlassian’s API terms and rate limits. You must have the right to access and export the issue data you import.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the add-on to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service beyond what applicable law permits.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The add-on is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that imported data will be complete or accurate in every case. It depends on third-party services (Atlassian, Google, Gumroad) that we do not control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cody Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss, arising from use of the add-on. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using and uninstall the add-on at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the add-on, or a plan, with reasonable notice where practicable.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
