By installing or using Assets Excel Sync for Jira Service Management (the "app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app is a Forge app that runs in your browser inside Atlassian's Custom UI context. It exports Jira Service Management Assets objects to Excel workbooks, with all attributes intact, and allows you to re-import edits after a reviewed dry-run. All processing happens in your browser and your Jira instance; no data leaves Atlassian's infrastructure.
A 30-day trial is available via the Atlassian Marketplace. Paid plans are sold and billed through Atlassian's Marketplace with volume-based tiers. This app requires JSM at the Premium or Enterprise tier (because Assets itself is Premium+ only). Billing and plan terms are governed by Atlassian's standard Marketplace agreement.
You are responsible for your Jira account and the Assets objects you export and import. The app respects your Jira user permissions — you cannot export objects you lack read access to, and you cannot update objects you lack edit access for. You must have appropriate permissions in your Jira instance to use this app.
Do not use the app to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service beyond what applicable law permits. Do not export or import Assets data you lack the permission or right to access or modify.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that exports or imports will be complete or accurate in every case. It depends on third-party services (Atlassian Forge, your Jira instance) that we do not control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cody Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss, arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
You may uninstall the app from your Jira instance at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the app with reasonable notice where practicable. Atlassian may suspend or discontinue your Marketplace access or trial per its own terms.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
