By installing or using Freshdesk Full-Fidelity Ticket Exporter (the "app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app is a Freshworks Marketplace app that runs on Freshworks' own serverless platform. It exports Freshdesk tickets — including full conversation history and private notes — to an Excel workbook, either on demand from a full-page app inside Freshdesk, or on a saved daily/weekly schedule delivered by email. It processes your ticket data inside Freshworks' own infrastructure and can read only the data your Freshdesk agent API key permissions allow.
A free plan allows on-demand exports of up to 40 tickets with up to 5 conversation entries per ticket. The Licensed plan (price set at Gumroad checkout) unlocks unlimited tickets and conversations plus daily/weekly scheduled email delivery. Billing is handled by Gumroad as an external license key; this may change to Freshworks' native Marketplace billing in the future. You can cancel a paid license via Gumroad at any time.
You are responsible for your Freshdesk account and the agent API key you provide. The app reads only ticket and conversation data — no write scopes are used. You must have the right to export and share the ticket data you use.
Do not use the app to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service beyond what applicable law permits. Do not export ticket data you lack the right to access or share, including customer data subject to confidentiality obligations.
If you save a scheduled export, the workbook is sent via SendGrid and subject to SendGrid's terms. You are responsible for ensuring recipient email addresses are correct and that you have the right to send workbooks containing ticket data to them. The app does not store workbooks — SendGrid retains its own message log per its policy.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that exports will be complete or accurate in every case. It depends on third-party services (Freshworks, Freshdesk, SendGrid, Gumroad) that we do not control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cody Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss, arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
You may uninstall the app from your Freshdesk account at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the app, or a plan, with reasonable notice where practicable.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
